We currently accept repair requests for PlayStation and Xbox consoles, console controllers, and desktop PCs only. Phones and tablets may be submitted through Sell Your Device instead.

Repair availability is currently limited. New requests may require several days before scheduling. Estimated turnaround begins once your repair has been accepted and the device has been received.
